Lodge Cast Iron has been making quality cookware in Tennessee since 1896, when their founder, Joseph Lodge, settle in South Pittsburg. Lodge remains family owned and they make the finest cast iron cookware in the world.
In 2002, Lodge reset the industry standard, by making foundry seasoned cookware. The cookware is showered with Kosher certified vegetable oil and baked at a high temperature to give it a coveted black patina. Now it comes to your home seasoned and ready to use.
